CyRoot Academy founder Asal “Vox” Gibson has received a Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition from Senator Jacky Rosen. This honor belongs to our entire community of students, mentors, and partners who help us "Be The Light" every day.

Many military families don't realize that a path into the technology sector is within reach — or that scholarship opportunities exist specifically to help them get there. At Salute to Service 2026, CyRoot Academy showed up to change that, one conversation at a time.

Most opportunities are never posted. They're filled through relationships — and the influence you need to build them is already within your reach. That was the message at our EmployNV workforce development workshop, and it's one we carry into everything we do.
