No prior experience is required. Our beginner-friendly courses are designed to support learners at all levels—from foundational IT skills to advanced cybersecurity training. -
We offer several learning paths and individual courses with hands-on training in IT, cybersecurity, leadership, and soft skills, designed for career changers, veterans, and underserved communities looking to enter or advance in the tech field.

Most of our programs are offered online with live instruction. We also partner with community centers, universities, and bases to deliver in-person or hybrid options.

Depending on the course, students can prepare for industry-recognized certifications, such as CompTIA Security+, Cisco, Google, and other beginner-level and intermediate credentials.

CyRoot Academy Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your registration, please review the following:
Full Refund: Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to the class start date are eligible for a 100% refund.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made 3–6 days prior to the class start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the class start date or after the course begins are not eligible for a refund.
Processing Fee: A non-refundable administrative fee of $100 will be deducted from all approved refunds.
Hardship Exceptions: Exceptions (medical, family emergency, military deployment) may be granted on a case-by-case basis with supporting documentation.

Yes. We partner with workforce development programs, military education benefits, and local grants to help make our training accessible. Students can apply for scholarships to fund full or partial costs for courses.
